Shipping Policy

1. Overview

Every Altered Stories item is printed on demand. When you place an order, your item is produced first and then shipped — so total delivery time is production time + transit time.

2. Production Time

Production typically takes 2–7 business days from the time your order is placed. Most orders enter production within one business day.

3. Where We Ship & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. Estimated transit times after production, by destination:

• United States:3–8 business days
• Canada:7–15 business days
• United Kingdom:7–15 business days
• Australia:10–20 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees — carrier delays, holidays, and peak seasons can extend delivery windows.

4. Customs & Duties (Non-U.S. Orders)

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs processing fees levied by the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority, are not included in our prices or shipping charges, and are the recipient's responsibility. Customs processing can also add time to delivery.

5. Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be produced at different facilities and arrive in separate packages, possibly on different days. A partial delivery does not mean the rest of your order is missing.

6. Order Status

If you have an account, you can follow your order's status from processing through shipment on your Orders page. If a package seems lost or stuck, see our Refund Policy for how we handle lost packages.
